• Lifting Begins: 10:00 AM

$100 per lifter (non-refundable)
Only 10 spots per weight class

Weight Classes:

• Under 180 lbs

• Under 220 lbs

• UNLIMITED

Prizes:

• $500 cash to each weight class winner

• Custom pro wrestling style championship belts to each weight class winner

Format:

• Bench-only meet

• 3 attempts per lifter

Rules:

• Raw only. Wrist wraps and elbow sleeves are allowed.

• “Start” and “Rack” commands only, NO “PRESS” COMMAND!

• Shoulders must remain in contact with the bench
