Schedule:

  • Weigh-ins: 8:00 AM

  • Rules Briefing: 9:00 AM

  • Lifting Begins: 10:00 AM

Entry Fee:
$100 per lifter (non-refundable)
Only 20 spots available

Weight Classes:

  • Under 200 lbs

  • Over 200 lbs

Prizes:

  • $500 cash to each weight class winner

  • Biggest Bench of the Day wins a custom belt buckle

Format:

  • Bench-only meet

  • 3 attempts per lifter

  • Flights organized based on opening attempt

Rules:

  • Raw, wrist wraps only

  • Start and “Rack” commands only, NO “PRESS” COMMAND!

  • Shoulder and butt must remain in contact with the bench
